I've had to refill a prescription when I was traveling - no issue. I left a message on a Saturday, expecting to hear back on Monday or Tuesday, and the Doctor called me back on SATURDAY. Just want to start with the fact that this is a family Medical practice, and everyone including the father and son at the head of it are kind, listening, and wildly effective in their field. They don't suggest procedures or additional cost items, the receptionists are patient, they all work with you. I go for a physical once a year, and prescription refill a few times also. They are efficient (rarely waiting, rarely takes more than an hour). I am glad to know both Doctors are there, and if you need a doctor or a switch in practicioners, cannot recommend them more. 8 years as a patient!

Both Dr. Patel's are wonderful, compassionate and genuinely caring. They smile, make eye contact and speak to you like a friend. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to answer any questions or concerns about your health- and provide awesome care. (and follow up!) The front staff and nurses are amazing as well. In have been a patient of Dr. Patels for over 20 years. Hen is a wonderful caring and serene professional. And his son .....well hes a carbon copy of his father and he is as successful as the father who taught him.
I may have to move to Florida to be a full time caretaker for a loved one and the thought of getting a new doctor isnt pleasant one bit. Dr. Patel has taken care of me and my children and maybe he will move to Florida when he retires??

Recently I went in for abdominal pain, Dr Neil Patel sent me for a CT when he received the results he called and explained to me what was going on and told me to go to the ER. Later that evening (well past office hours) I received another call from Dr Patel just checking in to make sure I was ok! Both Dr. Neil and Dr. Dhiraj are caring and compassionate doctors and I will not go anywhere else!

My husband and I were looking for a doctor closer to our new home in Roswell. A good friend of mine suggested Drs. Dhiraj and Neil Patel, at Alpha Medical Clinic, where she has been going for many years and have had an amazing experience.
Our first wonderful surprise was getting a call back directly from Dr. Dhiraj, after we had left a message and he himself gave us all the information on what we needed to do to get our first appointment.
We just went for our Annual Physical and had an amazing experience with Dr. Dhiraj, Florentine, Rafael and Lily. They are all very friendly and gave us the best service ever.
Dr. Dhiraj is very easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor and a very positive attitude. They all made a doctors office visit a fun and relax time. Thanks to your whole office team!
